Dr. Mola has been a social worker since 1999 and founded her first non-profit Resolving Challenges Together in 2011. RCT was created to address the significant needs of inner-city youth who are struggling with self-esteem, behavioral problems, educational concerns, legal issues and socialization problems. The program focuses on kindergarten through 12th grades who are located in schools, juvenile systems, and courts.

Resolving Challenges Together Incorporated is a distinct non-profit organization aimed at providing hazardous/risky behavior prevention and intervention resources through six umbrella groups: The Lady Bugs Club, S.T.R.I.D.E. (Sisters Together Reaching in the Direction of Excellence), Butterfly Elite Society, The Grasshoppers Club, B.T.R.I.D.E. (Brothers Together Reaching in the Direction of Excellence) and Rizing Phoenix.
